Petpedia.in Autostock & Save enables customers to sign up for pet essentials that are auto-billed monthly via the selected Debit or Credit Card. For the rest of the month, you can relax about your pooch’s essential supplies. For example, if you purchase a subscription plan on the 2nd of the month, payment gets auto-debited every 2nd day of the month thereafter.

Shipping & Payment Details:
  • Product(s) get dispatched within 48 hours of purchase
  • Payments will be auto-debited every month from your saved credit or debit card, 1 day prior to the shipment.
  • You will be notified via WhatsApp & Email regarding all order related communication or reminders such as reminder of monthly auto debits, payment confirmation, cancellation etc. All reminders will be sent 2-3 days in advance of the order date of every month.
Cancellation policy:

Free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to the current monthly shipment date.

    Made with cotton fabric, our pee mats can be used for toilet training or to cushion your furniture / use as furniture protector when you want to cuddle with your furbaby on your bed/couch.

    You can use it for your pet to be toilet trained so they don’t make a mess around the house.

    It can be used for pets of all ages.

    PS: Dog parents with senior dogs and female dogs on their periods vouch for it too!

    Care:

    Machine wash, can be washed frequently. It may take around 24 hours to dry.

    Once an order has been placed, it shall be shipped with any of the above shipping services (discretion of choice remains with Petpedia.in) and a valid tracking code shall be sent to the customer via email and SMS/WhatsApp. The same can be used to track current status of shipment while in transit

    Certain fragile products containing glass or other sensitive material are shipped in heavy wooden packaging or thermocol to keep them from getting damaged while in transit. These products include

    External Aquarium Filters, Internal Filters, Hang on Filters, Aquarium Kits, Betta Kits, Reptile Terrariums, Interactive Cat Toys, Air Pumps, Protein Skimmers, LEDs, Tubelights and Light Fixtures.

    HANDLING & TRANSIT TIME

    All products ordered with us are processed on the same day, order cut off time being 12:00 pm on the same day. All orders placed after 12 pm are processed on the next calendar date. In case of any bank holiday/public holiday please allow us 1-2 days as processing time to get your product shipped.

    The average transit time for all orders weighing under 1kg is between 2-3 days and for orders weighing more, it is between 4-5 days
