Petpedia.in Autostock & Save enables customers to sign up for pet essentials that are auto-billed monthly via the selected Debit or Credit Card. For the rest of the month, you can relax about your pooch’s essential supplies. For example, if you purchase a subscription plan on the 2nd of the month, payment gets auto-debited every 2nd day of the month thereafter.

Shipping & Payment Details:
  • Product(s) get dispatched within 48 hours of purchase
  • Payments will be auto-debited every month from your saved credit or debit card, 1 day prior to the shipment.
  • You will be notified via WhatsApp & Email regarding all order related communication or reminders such as reminder of monthly auto debits, payment confirmation, cancellation etc. All reminders will be sent 2-3 days in advance of the order date of every month.
Cancellation policy:

Free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to the current monthly shipment date.

    PRODUCT INFORMATION

    A tint of spring green, also known as aquamarine is the color of this bandana and it reminds you of a beach getaway on a tropical island. Bringing out the color of your fur buddy’s eyes, this bandana is sure to draw attention to their jovial personality and add to their charm.

    We recommend you measure your pet’s neck loosely to get a perfect bandana size. It is better if it is looser then too tight. For long-haired dogs, you might even want to go a size up.

    We make everything by hand which means that sizes may vary slightly.

    Please note: All our products are made individually, by local artisans in Bombay and are not mass or factory produced.

    Key Features:-

    • Made with Cotton printed fabric.
    • Reversible; can be worn on both sides. For a stylish look, fold the bandana at the top before putting it on to show some fabric from the other side.
    • Please note that the print placement will slightly vary from piece to piece.
    • The colours may vary slightly because of lighting, photography and your device display settings.

    Care

    Hand-wash for the first time. From the second time onwards, you can machine wash them with similar colors on cool or warm settings. Air dry recommended. Flat iron on low or medium, if required for it to return to crisp shape.

    Once an order has been placed, it shall be shipped with any of the above shipping services (discretion of choice remains with Petpedia.in) and a valid tracking code shall be sent to the customer via email and SMS/WhatsApp. The same can be used to track current status of shipment while in transit

    Certain fragile products containing glass or other sensitive material are shipped in heavy wooden packaging or thermocol to keep them from getting damaged while in transit. These products include

    External Aquarium Filters, Internal Filters, Hang on Filters, Aquarium Kits, Betta Kits, Reptile Terrariums, Interactive Cat Toys, Air Pumps, Protein Skimmers, LEDs, Tubelights and Light Fixtures.

    HANDLING & TRANSIT TIME

    All products ordered with us are processed on the same day, order cut off time being 12:00 pm on the same day. All orders placed after 12 pm are processed on the next calendar date. In case of any bank holiday/public holiday please allow us 1-2 days as processing time to get your product shipped.

    The average transit time for all orders weighing under 1kg is between 2-3 days and for orders weighing more, it is between 4-5 days
